For several years, Biblioteksutveckling Östergötland (f.d. Regionbiblioteket Östergötland), has worked to get more people digitally involved. Civic orientation in Östergötland includes course units such as Basic Computer Science, Internet, Email, E-services, and Payment services. Course material has been prepared and translated into a number of different languages for this purpose. The course material is available in the following languages: Arabic, English, Farsi, French, Somali, Swedish and Tigrinya.
